Flux-Cored Wires

We can supply from electric welding rods, through solid core welding wires, to flux-cored wires, covering three types of welding materials including hundreds of models. In these products, YJ-503 flux-cored wires are a main product which are widely used in many sectors such as shipbuilding, steel structure, nuclear power plants and petrochemical industry.

Our flux-cored wires have been awarded 3Y certificates by six international ship classification societies in U. S. China, U. K., Germany, France and Japan. Furthermore, in 2005, it took the certification of ISO9001, 14000 and 18000 quality systems and successfully passed the examination. These actions lay solid foundation for product export. Now, our special stainless steel series welding rods have been used for welding of shells of liquid fuel tanks of China Ship 5 space manned vehicle.

We also undertakes processing of large diameter flux-cored wires in the industry.
